There is no verification process on TER, you either have a profile, or you don't until someone reviews you, so don't worry about that.

Just wondering how to upgrade my Act to a verified provider's ? I have sent several messages before without answer and now resending them. I also have a current review on TER So im hoping to speed along the process. Is there any email or anything to speed it along?
