Wow,that's a good but loaded question! I'm not sure how I'd react and I don't wish to offend anyone.But I think that myself personally,it would depend on the lady in question.I've been lucky enough to find a lady who satisfies me enough that I've seen her almost exclusively for over a year now.If it was her,I know her well enough to know that she would never hurt me on purpose,nor I her.In her case,I would be as worried about her health as much as mine and I'd suggest to her that we get the problem taken care of ASAP as quickly and quietly as possible.In her case,no I wouldn't write any type of review.But if it was a first and only time with a new lady? I probably would write it in the review,even though I'd be at the same time cutting my own throat at the chance of seeing someone new,but I don't think it would be fair to keep that knowledge to only myself.Just one guy's opinion....best thing to do is stay away from the street walkers or the ones looking at this as a short-term cash cow.{example-some of the girls that advertise on craigslist}Stick with the ladies well reviewed who advertise on many webpages that require a fee to advertise.....they're the ones who see this as their livelihood and won't risk a thing in the name of safety.

you have a case. But if you do that how would you pick out the woman that gave you an STD. Many you will have them line up and throw a sticky dart. This business has it's risks and getting an STD is one, but a person also by and large get what he pays for. Avoid the ladies that will do you in a car or cheap motel and avoid the ones that give that impression. Use reviews and pay attention to the caliber of the men writing them, if you make sound choices you have nothing to worry about.

I'm wondering where you are locating providers for $60 (*that just didn't sound like anything I have seen*) Most professional providers that I am familiar with do practice safe behavior and are tested on a regular basis.... I think the key here is exactly what price you put on your priorities:
Price -vs- experience and safety
Price -vs- accountability of behavior on providers part
Encounter -vs- Risk factors
Encounter -vs- threat to client's lifestyle

There can never be enough emphasis on planning ahead and being in control of your encounter and your choices. In the present day, there is ample information available to equip you with enough information to know exactly what you can expect.

When you have information that might arm another hobbyist in avoiding a situation of unpleasantry, it would be awesome for you to share it. Just my opinion for what it's worth.

I would say to report it-- except how do you know who you got it from? I am quite sure you aren't exclusive to one provider, and bam!  Also, many STDs stay lament for a period of time.  
There are unsafe providers.  Ones I know of.  However, most responsible girls get tested often and always use protection.  Often safer than, say, a drunk girl at a party.

I don't think I would include it in a review, nor would I identify her in a public post.  I certainly would contact the provider (for her health purposes), and ~might~ backchannel information depending upon her attitude.

It's a risk of hobbying, but one that can be minimized by excercising proper care and precaution.
