Hello - I am a newbie in the Dallas area and joined TER a week ago.  I have not been able to meet a provider as I do not have any reference.  I would appreciate any help or a provider who accepts newbies.

Hey there, Mitt - not in Dallas, but would love to help you take the dive, so -

A few options:

1.) Join a verification site - P411 is big in Texas.

2.) Offer occupation-info to an established provider in Dallas.

3.) Be specific (regarding when, how long) you'd like to meet in an email. Provide the screening information she requests on her website.

You should be fine.

Gina will work with you to verify you.  It's better to give your personal info to her than to offer it up to several providers until you can obtain some references.  Their servers are, I believe, in Canada, which is safer for all of us.
