If the reviews said, "Terrible time. She smelled like spunk and the sheets were so wet and sticky that they clung to my ass." then she would not be so popular. (Well, maybe to a group of prisoners ...)
If the reviews said, "She was elegantly dressed, hair nicely done, with a faint smell of flowery soap. Her DFK was the sort reserved for a long, lost lover returning from a long trip. ..."
Someone who is good at this will leave you with no clue. She will be clean, fresh and at her best ... or she wouldn't have so many great (read them, are they what you want?) reviews.
And remember that not everyone works bankers' hours. Some people get up at 2 PM, work at the strip club from 4-midnite, then party till 6 AM. Her "first" on such a day might be the 2 PM meeting before heading off to strip. If you scheduled for 8 AM, you might be sloppy 10ths after she was gangbanged at the party.
Judge the experience for what it is. If you start worrying about her dance card (that you can't verify anyway), you'll just worry yourself into disappointing times.

Have you guys ever been reluctant to schedule a session with a provider because she's had too many reviews within a month? That doesn't account for the guys that don't write reviews either. There is a provider in my area that is in high demand, has an awesome menu, and is young & beautiful. I never want to pay for other people's sloppy seconds, thirds, fourths and on and on.
What are your experiences with a high demand provider? Is it OK to ask to be the first of her day or is that rude?
Please refrain from lecturing or scolding me on this issue, it's not needed nor is it helpful.
