she could be using that travel time with another client, and be well into her next appointment in the time it takes her to get dressed and travel to you. It's more time efficient to just stay in her hotel than to drive around to appointments- she can make more money in less time.
Incall Scenario:
4-5pm: Client 1 $300
5-6: Get ready for client 2
6-7: Client 2 $300
7-8: Get ready for client 3
8-9: Client 3 $300
Or
Outcall Scenario:
4-5pm: Client 1 $300
5-6: Get ready for client 2
6-6:30: Drive to client 2
6:30-7:30: Client 2 $300
7:30-8: Drive back
8-9: Get ready for client 3
9-10: Client 3 $300
With incall, she's made the same amount of money but gets to go home an hour early. Some may see outcall as being riskier, or just may not like outcall, and charge higher to compensate.
Still very new to the hobby, and almost all my appointments have been incall. I hosted a provider at my hotel room once.
My question is on the different rates charged for incall versus outcall. Usually they are the same, or maybe even a little higher for outcall. The part I don't get is that the provider foots the bill for the hotel room incall.
So in other words, she makes less on the incall versus the out. Why is that? I would think if she is going to get the room, the rate should be higher to cover her out-of-pocket expenses?
Just curious...
Most of the time, when a provider rents a hotel room for in call, she is doing it to entertain more than one client. The cost of the room will be amortized over several appointments.
There are exceptions of course. Some ladies do only see one client a day and prefer to do in call for a variety of reasons. In any event, the ladies do what they do in the way that feels safest for them.
You rent the room, with the HOPES that you'll have more than one client that day, which usually doesn't happen, and yes, you're correct, after paying $100 or more for a hotel room, you don't make very much after wards. I won't ever get incall myself after a certain time of day, unless it's for multiple hours, and the only time outcall is more expensive, is if there is they're not located in the same city as me, so a travel fee is added. Every lady does it different though, and some won't get an incall unless it's for a multiple hour appointment.... but never with the intentions of booking multiple appointments, except maybe on tour.
You didn't really think that, did you? She will probably see several more that day in the room. The cost of room will probably be covered by the first visitor, and the rest is gravy for her. If you are getting the room, she will just move on to her next appt. somewhere else. The higher charge for outcall is to cover their cost of driving to your location, and possibly the cost of her driver.

Actually most providers who book hotel rooms actually have higher incall rates. OR she sees enough clients that particular day to offset the costs. Some providers have the same rates for both incall and outcall. Smart idea as an outcall client won't be turned off by a higher rate.
I do my incall at my apartment. Quiet and discreet and free!(well almost) I raise my rate for outcall because of the gas I have to use and the extra time driving and looking up directions. Not to mention if I get called into the metro downtown I have to either feed a meter or pay to park!(damn city)
All providers have the right to charge whatever for incall or outcall.
Right. I look at it this way: for an incall, if you book for an hour, that's pretty much all the time the provider needs to spend with you. But for an outcall, let's say it also takes 15 minutes for her to reach your location and another 15 minutes to return to her place. You are paying for that extra half hour, plain and simple. Makes sense to me.
Since I cut down to 1 - 2 appointments a week, i usually arrange incall just for specific date. It all depends on the way each lady conducts her business.

So my incall dates are more expensive. If I were renting a room to meet with several gentlemen, I'd price it the other way around so I'd spend less on gas/transit time and to get the most bang for the bucks I'd spent on the room. Uh, so to speak.
Haha.
Like you said, it just breaks down to what makes the most financial sense for each lady.
I think some providers share rooms with another provider and that way cut down the overhead of the rent.

be leary of a provider who used her residence for incall appointments; especially if it is a first date. You don't know her, she doesn't know you--the risk of a bad experience is increased.
Yes, my original question was just out of curiosity. I completely agree and understand that it is up to the lady to set whatever pricing structure she likes. Was just trying to understand the factors at play, and certainly didn't mean to offend anyone with the question.
