You should turn and walk away, to do anything else tells her what she is doing is fine and she should keep doing it because it works. If you decide to go through with the session anyway, you owe her the agreed amount even if you can't get it up.

Then say "I must be at the wrong place" and then just walkout. If she has a pimp that hassles you then just pay the fee and get out. You don't want to be shot dead in some shady motel.

You can post the BP ad on your local board to warn other people.

You have to judge the entirety of the situation and see to your safety first. You also have to honestly consider whether it is truly a bait and switch or whether you simply made a mistake in judgement... straightforward lies and deception (entirely fake photos) justifies a walk-away before you enter the room, IMO. If it's close enough that you enter the room and consider going forward... then you might want to be a bit more gracious and offer something. If you accept services, IMO you are on the hook for the donation.

I won't leave a single penny if I feel I have been deceived, unless, and only if I feel my very life is in danger, and then it's a case of robbery, in which case I will deal with being robbed in an appropriate manner.

The point is, paying a thief to "avoid a scene" is not doing yourself or the rest of us any favors, What it does is prove to the thief that there is no reason to stop stealing. When you catch a robber in your home, you don't have to "prove" to the robbers satisfaction that he is robbing you, you both already know. Trust me, if a woman's appearance is so heinous that you want to turn around and leave, simply do so. You don't owe her a bit of explanation, she already knows she's a crook.

You also have the right to leave without giving her a single penny for wasting your time. If she is trying to scam you, who gives a fuck about her time?

First off, just start over. If you're getting people who don't look like pictures, your going to want to try a different approach. There's a ton of good info on finding reputable sex workers and avoiding scams in the self-help center, which I'll link to below.  

As to how to deal with this (which happens, though can be minimized if you follow the linked advice) it comes down to cost vs. safety and the situation.  The one time it happened to me I just paid, fucked, and moved on, but in retrospect I wish I hadn't.  

A very long time ago (before I found TER) I called a craigslist girl with a hot photo from a hotel phone on a business trip. Someone else (different race, hair, age and body type) showed up at my hotel. I was a total newbie and gave her the money, and had bad sex, ending with her smearing her fake tan lotion on my sheets and me putting a pretty stinky condom in the trash. She even said, "that condom kinda smells" to which I responded, "pretty sure it wasn't the condom."  

I got myself tested for everything afterward, was miraculously clear, and have never done that again.

Today, I'm 100% sure I'd never end up in that situation, but if by some crazy dumb decision I did, I'd give her the money, send her on her way, and jack off. But that's me.  I have plenty of money and zero tolerance for risk and drama, so I'm a bad "community member" on this one.  

I would, however, do an alias review or call it out on the scams board, if those options still exist.

Your assessment is correct.  First off, once you have experience these things just do not happen.  Secondly, when it does, you sort of have to quickly think about whether it is worth it to risk some type of physical attack from a pimp or even worse a rape charge.  

The key is to make a report later on in an anonymous way.  Years ago, before I knew of TER I knew I was a "bait and switch" victim.  I had the sex anyway because the woman was okay but I knew that this was clearly not the woman described or in the photos.    

Years later I anonymously reported it to TER because I saw the girl advertising everywhere.  I say sometimes you take the initial loss and then defeat the enemy later on.    

If I am someplace that I am very familiar with and I know my surroundings, I might be more likely to take the nasty approach.  The problem is sometimes you are in a situation where you never know who is around and what someone is capable of
