I am feeling nervous about my first appointment with a well reviewed provider in my area.  I have done my homework the best that I can, and can't wait for my appointment time.  I have a couple of questions:

1.  I had asked for a quick phone call with the provider to verify that she is who she says she is, but she never did call, even though a text from her said she would.  What do I take from that?

2.  I know there is not guarantee's of an LE intervention, and there was a review of LE's in the area, at the time of one of the reviewer's appointment.  Just a coincidence, or should I be worried?

3.  What are the typical requests for information, if you do not have any references yet, as you are just starting?

4.  For any of you that have done any reviews of providers, would you include in your review if you had an LE encounter while leaving an incall?

I look forward to any advice, especially from any of you that have been in the hobby for awhile.
