a TER profile is not the best place to get rates from. As we all know, the profile is set by the first reviewer and only changes if a problem report is submitted. I have seen many many profiles where the rates on the profile do not match the rates in the lady's ads or websites. That is something the lady herself should be aware of, and submit a problem report when her rates change, but it does not always happen. If the rates are not stated in an ad or the website, I have never had a probelm emailing and asking what the rates were. No details, no specifics, just a simple "What are your rates?" Or sometimes, "What are your rates for 1, 2, 3 4 hours?" etc. Sometimes there have been touring ladies, who may have their home rates listed on the website, and an ad somewhere that says they will be in my area but no mention of rates in the ad, I may ask "What are your touring rates?" I have always received polite answers.

If the rates are clearly stated in the ads or websites, and especially if she states, "I do not discuss rates over the phone, email etc..." then don't ask, but if it is not listed, or you want a time that is outside what is listed etc. then it should not be a problem to ask. Just don't ask, "how much for a bbbj?" LOL
