Are you wanting to look him up to see if he's a safe person or to actually read his reviews to know how to service him the way he likes?

If it's a safety issue and you can't find him on TER, I use VerifyHim (paid membership is best), badboyreport, dangerzone411. I can't say enough good things about Verify Him. It saved me about 3 weeks ago.  

If you want to read the actual reviews to provide the best service for him, a seasoned member can probably help you with that. I'm pretty new. But, I'll be watching the answer too.

That PROVES he is the hobbiest & not just claiming to be someone with a good review history.  You can take it from there.

then he is not a member.  If he claims to have reviewed many providers, he might have done it on one of the other review sites, which per TER rules, I cannot name here.  You need his TER handle in order to research his claimed reviews here, ask him for it.  If he doesn't give it, ask where he has done these reviews and under what handle.
