So I signed up for P411, gave my real name and work information, received a call and was approved.
Then I go to my first provider's website and ask for a date through her contact form. Assistant reconfirms personal information, date happens, I write a review, provider agrees to be a reference and gives me a white listing. Working on provider number two now. I did all of the above with some real information. After I get a couple of references under my belt, and use a burner phone, can I start using an alias and stop disclosing my real identity? Most provider's contact forms ask for work info, etc.. Do I book through P411 instead and assume that when the provider sees I'm a "basic +2" then my "real" information isn't necessary ever again? It sucked coughing up the real information the first time but I get it. Now that it's been done can I go back to being "John Smith" with a burner phone number and a hobby gmail address and a verified P411 account, or am I going to have to keep exposing the real me? Thanks in advanceAnd you shouldn't have to give up personal info. However every provider has different screening techniques. Book your dates thru P411 and once you have a few more ok's you should be good to go.
Thanks. I completely understand the need for the close screening and it makes the experience much more comfortable for me. I also have no issue with showing my driver's license. It's just that during the "courtship" process of asking for a date, scheduling, and verification, I'd rather use a pseudonym than my real name, knowing that if my P411 account and references checkout I will have to show a driver's license upon arrival. I just don't want the provider to think I'm a lying douchebag for booking as John Smith, P411-b-13-2344, and arriving as Mr. Real Name. I'm sure I'll figure it out. I just don't want to end up like Eliot Spitzer.
Once you get a few OKs it's then up to you to pick and chose who you want to see and decide how much info you are willing to disclose.
Every lady has their own screening procedures so while P411 is a tool, we are also required to ask for your license in order to match the information on your profile. Also, ladies can also ask for your info at their discretion.. It is safety what truly counts for us...typically upscale providers will not misuse your info in any way, we are discreet and professional people just trying to be safe...
"we are also required to ask for your license in order to match the information on your profile"
That is something that not every woman does, no one is "required to", just pointing out so he has fully correct info,

Maybe I expressed myself incorrectly however members of P411 know that ID may be required by the lady in order to prevent people from sharing memberships among others. I always do It and majority of ladies do it to. Just wanted to point that out so he won't be surprised should anybody ask him.
While it's "possible" that a lady might ask for ID, it's not that terribly likely. I honestly can't remember the last time I was asked for ID, it's been at least a year, maybe even longer, and I see at least 50-100 different ladies a year here in the US most of them from P411,
So to say the majority of ladies do it is factually inaccurate, and yes to say that you are "required to do so" is most definitely incorrect as well.
...be it a number or code etc. that can be used to show the gent in the room is the P411 member the lady is expecting. It doesn't have to be DL.
I've shown DL one time. Very first time I ever saw a provider. I was a total newbie with no references or as in the vernacular No nothing!
I was able to join P411 with 2 referrals so I didn't use any "real" info for my ID. I didn't want to give away anything unless it's absolutely necessary. I was only asked once (during screening) last year, but it wasn't a problem because the provider was very understanding. She was able to verify with my references from my P411 "Okays". I don't feel she needs anything more than that so I probably would not have seen her if she insisted.
But after signing up for P411 and being verified by them, you shouldn't have to reveal any of your personal info if you do not want to. You'll always have to give your real first name as it is part of the P411 ID, but nothing beyond that as long as you set up your play dates through P411.
There are some ladies who insist on more personal info beyond P411 and it is up to you to decide if you want to reveal it or just move on to someone who will accept your P411 references without any additional info.
Also, while most of the ladies say they want you to fill out their contact form, I think most of us ignore that and contact them through P411 without any issues. At least that has been my experience.
It gets much easier once you get multiple Okays under your belt.
I don't believe I have ever filled out one of those silly forms in my entire hobbying life, as a matter of fact I am sure of it.
P411 makes life so much simpler and for every lady like paloman who insists on more screening or for you to produce ID at the door, there are a thousand other ladies on P411 who do whatever other screening they do without having to bother you to lift a finger.
Reason why I don't fill out that silly form: Personal info being sent over clear text isn't exactly a good idea, it's equivalent to sending a folder full of personal info, wide open in plain view, through a neighbor to have him send that info to another neighbor who passes it along to a person. Every middle man can see that since it's not being sent through secure channels.
If it says https and if that's the ONLY way to contact the girl, then I may consider using the form
But so far, P411 has worked fine.
I've only booked through P411 too - and have never been asked to show my license.
However, the lady does have the right to confirm you are the same person as your P411 ID indicates, which would also include the last digits of your license.
But, even at this stage you can choose to "cover up" the unneeded license info - no need to show your last name as that is not part of the P411 ID (as Blutarsky indicated)
Even P411 doesn't have that information of mine.
Personally I don't mind sharing my personal information with the ladies I see, as I am "Blackmail proof" but if I valued my privacy and had anything to lose if a lady wanted to misuse my information, there would be no way in hell I would allow her to have my DL number.
So yes, you are definitely missing something here.
Don't want to cough up the info? No problem, just move on.
from time to time is I have sent a photo of myself to them beforehand, so they have some idea what they may see when they open the door. And sometimes I just use a photo of George Clooney...It works the same.
