Only providers do.  

All you need is a handle which you have one.  Maybe hard to use it though since you haven't posted any reviews.

Join datecheck or p411.

It's up at the start of the review.

Not that it means too much.  You can sort of tell how long the person has been a TER member and that's about it.

But you are correct, I doubt the provider wants his # - she probably said she wants his "TER ID", meaning his handle, so she can look at his history. If she DID ask for a number, she just doesn't know what she is doing :-)
