I believe the "Featured Listings" are purchased with P 411 points. and I believe the "top listings" are a combination of "last login" and some other criteria, possibly number of clicks.
There were a few providers that I knew were fudging their ages by well over ten years, one was fudging by a good twenty years, now all of them simply no longer list their age at all. Kudos to P 411 for that.
Basic provider profiles on p411 are free, but they can pay for things like top listing, animated ads etc. All it does is move their profile up to make it more noticeable. It means nothing from the client end. It means more views from the provider side, and more chances of getting booked, in a big city. In my area there are only 20-30 p411 profiles at any given time. It's easy to scroll down and check them all out. In a city like NY, LV, or LA, where there are hundreds of profiles, providers paying to move their ad up the page makes sense. You know most guys are lazy and will only scroll down until they find something they like, and probably won't scroll through all the ads.

I guess others do as well since there is a long waiting list for those spots. I pay for it as does every other lady who is listed on the first page as a top listing. Has nothing to do with the most clicks or last log-in. In certain cities it is well worth it and in other cities not so much.
It's the only non review site where I if I see a woman who interests me, but who has no reviews, I will oftentimes book an appointment regardless. I have had some mild disappointments, but this is out of hundreds of different women over several year, and I have had ZERO actual rip offs and no appointments where the lady who showed up was unrecognizable from the glam pics.
Do I sound like a fan? Well I suppose it's because I am one.
Speaking for myself, P411 did just exactly that - helped me get my feet (?) wet without as much fear of exposure or arrest. I'm reluctant to consider seeing a provider without a P411 profile.
But P 411 has become my "go to" place to start (and finish) looking for a provider. The process is just so easy I can't imagine jumping through all the hoops that many non P 411 ladies put you through. I simply send a PM, inquire about her availability, mention that she is welcome to check out my profile and okays before confirming and it's usually just a matter of minutes before I am good to go. I simply can't relate to waiting days or even weeks to get screened, not to mention the hassle of filling out those insipid screening forms so many ladies insist on.
I am not saying that I never see non P 411 women, but if they try to make me jump through too many hoops before agreeing to take my money, I usually just say "thanks, but no thanks" and move onto someone who is less of a hassle to book with.
