Being a semi-newbie, I am still working on figuring out the best way to search and find the ladies who fit me best. Seems to be going okay, but a decent number of my queries result in no answer at all. Since I am polite, to the point and with decent references, I must assume that I am reaching out to ladies who, well, are not currently there.

Many sites where you find listings (BP, P411, e.com) provide a posting date, and some even a last logged in date. I have noted that if the last date is not very recent, say within the last 60 days, and there are no recent reviews or posts here or elsewhere the chances of no reply go way up. On the other hand, I do not want to skip a likely provider just because I have made the assumption that she is not currently active.

I do know that some providers do not like reviews, may not advertise much because they are not looking for new clients, and prefer that correspondence occur through email or the web site, leaving no evidence of current activity. If that seems to be how a lady prefers to do business, I will still reach out to her, but otherwise, if there seems to be no current activity, I look elsewhere.

If there is not any current activity, is it fair to assume the provider is not currently working? Are there other ways to tell who is active and who is not?

then you look in the review section for the most recent in your area.  YES, you need to buy VIP.  You can devolupe a bucket list in a month.  The cost of VIP is far less than even one spoiled date.  It is far easier to start with recent reviews than search through an ad site & then try to cross referance.  The TER profile will link to her ads or web site.

I can count on one hand the reviews I've had in the last year, and on two hands the number of ads I've posted. I barely log in to most of my ad sites. Other than me spouting off on the boards 24/7 and in my blog, one could easily assume I've dropped out of the biz.

If you're interested, drop her a quick note ("Hey, I haven't seen you around much. I wanted to see if you were still available."). If she replies, great! If not, there's your answer.

Yeah i have had certain times in the year that i may have family or friends visiting or I am just plain busy! It annoys me so much when people bug the crap out of me. constantly calling texting or emailing trying to get a response during my leisure time and then get mad when i dont answer. I have a life as I am sure all you ladies and gentlemen do! dropping a polite not is always the best way to go.
