I'm new to all this I've only made arrangements 3 times. The 1st time was mutually beneficial. The girl was great she looked amazing and had amazing skills. The 2nd time was in az where i recently moved to this woman turned out to be a scam artist and robbed me as soon as i let her out of my sight. She then promptly dropped off the face of the earth, I havn't seen any new post from her on the site  contacted her from. The 3rd was apprehensive and almosts outted me to my neighbor. She was an acttractive girl but looked nothing like advertised. It was clear that she and the woman in the pictures I saw were completely different people. She was amiable though at first but gave a lack luster effort in performance and mid-way through our session refused to perform any oral or vaginal activities, insisting instead on performing a manual activity. When this became too tiresome she began complaining of a headache and we ended our our session. I want to know how I can improve my experiences. I had a great time with the first girl and would like too repeat that experience.

Most here are gonna advise you to keep on keeping on, and that MAY be valid advice, but you need to assess if your 1/3rd success rate is worth further advancment. That may not be clear. Are you willing to keep on at this success rate?

My suggestion to you would be to invest in VIP here on this site it is well worth the money will save you a headache later.You can search for ladies in your city.You will be able to read the entire reviews so at least you have an idea of what to expect.You can see if she has a great reviews and provides a good time or someone you should avoid.Many suggest that new guys go with well-reviewed ladies so there is not an issue on being discreet or you experiencing a lackluster time.Whichever site you find a lady see if she has reviews here on this site or another review site some cities are not as popular here as others.I would suggest looking up her info like phone# or email address to see if reviews pop up and she is consistently using the same pics on different sites.So,you will not have to worry about a lady showing up who is different from the lady in the pic.
I would also suggest perusing this site especially this board because a lot of info is here and many of the same question are often repeated.

The above posters have given you some great advice for the future, I suggest you follow it.  Let me summarize it briefly.

1.  Get VIP membership ASAP
2.  Only see well-reviewed providers, reviewed by established hobbyists
3.  Never do outcall to your house with a provider you have never seen before.
4.  Do your RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!  read reviews, etc.
5.  There are lots of quality girls in the Phoenix area, look around.

First of all, where are you finding these ladies? Are they reviewed or dd you toftt?
Here our some items that should be on your checklist when finding the right provider.
1. See only well reviewed providers please always do your research. If she isn't reviewed then prepare to occur your risks when u toftt.
2. Research ! Make sure she offers what u r looking for on her menu . Make sure she is reviewed . Make sure she is not a hussel

First - see if you can " review " any of these lady's ( Ahhmmm "women" ) - just need #'s , names and links . 2 reviews and you get 30 days of VIP here - VIP is very valuable !!!!
Now raise you right hand and repeat after me - I promise NEVER to visit Backpage again . Use EROS for your town , Cityvibe is another but EROS is great ! Your TER regional board is also a great way to find what you want - and WILL GET !

Next ( if married ) get a hobby phone - Tracphone  or Net 10 . Go to the discussion boards and learn the "rules" for hiding your activities . I am single so I can't advise .
Last , get verified on Date check , p411 and whitelisted here when you can . This means the lady does not have to spend time verifing you herself and anything to make her feel more comfortable with you the better . She still will research and verify you but its a classy step on your behalf.
You sound pretty smart so just be glad you are here , do your research and be glad you did not have a 4th and 5th bad experience .

If you're in AZ and near Phoenix, check the regional Phoenix board. Ladies advertise on this board all the time.  You mention that the 3rd lady "almost outted me to my neighbor"  Did you invit the 3rd lady to your home for an outcall.  If so, NEVER have a lady visit you at your home, that you've NEVER seen. Only do outcall to your home with ladies you've met before.

Now you also need to read the "self help center" back on the main page of the newb board, near the life preserver upper right corner.  And now that you've come here asking for help, I'll ask you haven't you written reviews of your 3 experiences.

than one should trust BP, CV or any advertising site. If you've had good luck finding providers there, you can be sure it was just that -- luck. Eros has been overrun with fake pics, bait & switch and all the usual scams that plague Backpage. There may have been a time when they vetted providers placing ads, but evidently not anymore.

The only way to be sure of avoiding more bad experiences is to check for at least several reliable reviews, no matter where you found out about her.

Use tineye.com to look for fake pictures.  

I even wrote a blog about it a while back.  

First off, read the self help section (link by the lifesaver).  Then read back on the newbie board until you can answer everyt question yourself.  Great Bargain!!  This is all FREE!!  There is no replacement for becoming educated in how this "hobby" works.   You must do it yourself & filter the knowledge through your own situation.  
When you are ready to shop...  I suggest you invest in VIP...  You do not need it full time, but you do whjen you are making up a bucket list.   Ads are...  well, ads...  you can never blindly trust any ad.  There is no "safe" ad site.   Rather than straining out the well reviewed from the unknowns, I suggest you start with TER recent reviews.  Learn to use the search feature to search by location & then by area codes.   Then look at the links to the ads, read the reviews, check out their web sites if they have them.  Look for consistant reviews with few fliers.  You DO need to read the whole review.  The mere presence of a review (or ever a lady's link to it!) does not mean they are GOOD reviews.  Take the time to check.   Look for several pictures, clear & different angles which I feel increases the odds of them being real.

If you have nosey neighbors, there is great risk.  Even if I was single, I'd not have a first meeting at my home.  IN call (you go to her) is much safer in this respect.  

There are too many scams to list...   a well reviewed provider is the best way to avoid all that.

guybeingaguy made some great points, but I would also suggest, last but not least, . . . set up a hobby email address.  An  totally anonymous email address you use ONLY ! ! !  for hobbying and nothing else.  I currently use hotmail, but I am sure there are other options as well.
