Genital surgery

Hey everyone, I have been a memeber of TER for over a year and have had long term fantasies of using an escort.  I am a very attractive 29 year old making a lot of money and somehting about paying for it just turns me on!

Anyways, this is my first post and I am getting closer and closer to calling my first provider but I have a question.

I sadly have a condition known as cebacious cysts on my genitals.  Long story short they are benign "bumps" under the skin that look like unpoppable pimples and can grow under any hair folicle.  I have had surgery before to remove a large cluster and have a nice 3 inch scar to show for it, as well as a dozen or so very small cysts under hair folicles that havent been removed.

Without close inspection it is impossible to see any of this, well except perhaps the scar.

I take home women from bars all the time and have successfully been able to explain what the problem is if a girl ever sees, usually they dont.

How will this go over with a provider?  I am ready to pull the trigger but worry that it will all be for naught and I may even not get a refund if she was angry and unwilling to listen.

Sorry, long post.  Anyways, providers out there do you have any reccomendations as to my anxiety?  Have you had anything like this happen and advice on how I could make her more comfortable?

Paying customers have you had any similar experiences or anything that may help with my dilemma?

Thanks

At one point I had injection marks all over my body from a medical treatment...  like that "macarana dance".  I pointed it out & she said she wasn't concerned, could tell IV drug tracks from medical.  Another time I had nasty bruises from medical treatments & I mentioned them since they were obivious...  again no problem.
If they are obivious, mention them in as few words as possible.

Some providers will turn clients away if they see any abnormalities on their hobbyist privates. If I had your condition, I would bring some type of medical documents with me that entails your condition. When I go into the room, I spend 5 minutes telling her my condition, and educating her by showing her the documents. If she accepts, then its gravy from there. If she doesn't, then just move on to the next one.

Anything that looks like it could be Herpes is going to get a very different reaction than just an "abnormality" like a bump or a mole.

And providers are going to be much more on the alert about something like this than a (probably drunk) girl you picked up at a bar (who is more likely to have Herpes than a provider who is cautious!).

The problem is when to broach the subject. If this is your first time and you have no references, you are going to just freak girls out talking about your penis right when you walk in the door! (never mind how incredibly awkward that is!!! Imagine if you did that at the bar... not a good way to make a girl feel at ease)

So, bring your documentation, don't talk about anything that makes it look like you are expecting to have sex before or at the start of the session and just wait until it "comes up!" (oh, that was perfect! lol)

You may get rejected anyway, but once you have a solid reference from a reviewed provider, it should become less of a concern. But there's no sure way to avoid rejection without sounding like you are soliciting, and that is going to be a much bigger concern for most providers.

Not to worry, I have a 10 inch long scar from surgery on the shaft of my penis and it has never been an issue.

I would encourage you to get a printed phamphlet on this & have it with you.
