I know several ladies who have had free sites made for them on N&S, then N&S are not responsive to them. They won't make changes to your site or even take down the site at your request. Not sure you can do anything about it, other than keep asking them to remove it, and maybe threaten them that your attorney will be contacting them. That still may have no effect.

However, as far as having it removed from your TER profile, that is easy. Just contact admin, and ask them to remove it, and tell them not to allow it back up. Tell them that is not your site and not approved by you. Otherwise someone finding the site can easily add it back to your profile with a problem report.

The best thing to do about your phone number is to cancel that old number and change it. Then don't put your new number on your website or ads. Have everyone contact you through email only, and give the phone number only to those you wish to.

PerfectStorm is right about removal of links from TER.  That part should be easy. As for NnS, that is a different animal.  It is basically an ad hosting site.  If your page was created by someone other than you and without your consent, you should try contacting the NnS Admin, to request removal.  If that doesn't work, you could try "claiming" your page.  Most site hosts like this allow access for page owners (whoever created your page is currently listed as the page owner) access to edit and update information, add photos, etc.  So you should be able to gain access by proving that you are the "real" owner of the site.  Once you have access, you could delete what you want, like your contact info and photos at the very least.  To do this try emailing [email protected], or [email protected].  If they are unresponsive, you could threaten to file a complaint with their hosting company, which is Hostgator.com, who could take them off line.  Good luck!

That is the first step though..contact them and demand they remove your profile because wherever they scooped the photos and ad, can hold them liable. If you copy a TER review word for word onto another site, TER could sue for copyright infringement. I am sure this is the same thing.

And act like I'm happy to have my ad there but I would like access to it by a user id and password so that I can update it.  Most of these sites like this will give me that and then I can either update the info and pics and remove phone numbers or I can remove all the info and replace it with all xxx's and remove the pics.  

Hey if you can correct it what harm is a free ad?  

If you approach them in an angry manner they will likely get angry right back and then it's war.
