It would not be financially prudent for Uncle LEO to do that.  They want to maximize their catches and usually will set up a sting in a room so they can nab as many guys as possible in a short time.  Even though she only has 3 reviews, I'd say your odds are pretty good that she is safe, just be sure you have done the research on her.

If she has three reviews (recent) and P411 more likely the possibilities are zero. Plus remember, typically, they need to have you on voice/video so they would be wasting the entire time through dinner.

If she is LE and you show up for dinner - you get arrested.  Period.  LE can pretty make up anything they want for the arrest report: there was an ad,you replied, you showed, you're done.  I've had friends that were arrested in the hallway on the way to the room (outcall) and the arrest report said she came in the room and offered greek for $.  

I understand this can be a daunting but if you screen your provider you won't have problems. She's reviewed (3 is ok,less than 3 I would wait), she's on P411 (not fool proof but a good addition to your screening).  The search her name, email address and whatever information you may have and actually sift through what comes up in the search engine.  That's it!  Ten minutes to screen your provider and you'll be fine.

Especially if you end up at a relatively nice place for dinner, they aren't going to have the budget to watch two people eat, drink, and talk for over an hour without spending their money.  There are REAL criminals (consenting men and women) to catch!!

For her to do makeup, dress, travel to dinner, the meal time itself...  is more work than straight providing.  Try to eat lightly & moderate drinking as she should too.  Both hobbiest & provider can have a good time but need to keep their wits about them at all times.

if they've only been reviewing for about the past year and they only have 45 reviews I definitely would not think they hold any clout and I would not trust their word.

pretty much research will never really be done there is always more researching to be done I know I could sit there and research someone for days and days and still not be done.

it's your call but I just think residences where it is very very very low volume anyone that has a separate incall apartment is usually doing about two to three out of the incall partment at most a week
someone who has a hotel room is going to be try to squeeze in as many appointments as they can that one day that they are there is a lot more likely to raise eyebrows that way plus you're going to be on video cameras welcoming in and out
