You did not give us any information to work with. I had a few minutes to waste so I checked the DC EROS site, without knowing whether the woman that you are interested in was Blonde, Brunette, Redhead, Black haired, ect, I found 13 pages of ads. Next time give a description so that people can narrow down information, it would also help to give a link to her ad.
Having said the above, as I went quickly through the 13 pages of ads, I realized that DC has a large number of great looking ladies offering themselves up to play for pay. If I were you, I would find several that you like, check for reviews and stick with the ones that have good reviews. Armani may be great and just had the bad luck of meeting clueless men that use review information but do not write reviews - but unless you are experienced at taking a chance on an unknown, you should pass up on her.
But the escapade that I undertook on your behalf was at least educational :-). I now understand why Congressmen spend millions of other people's money to get elected and will kill to stay in DC once there.

Saw a nice ad in the EROS located in Washington, D.C. about Armani Milan Taylor. She is visiting the area and I want some feedback BEFORE taking the plunge. I only have a few days left before she is outta here!!!

Can anyone shed some light? Please hurry!!!

Well she is VISITING from somewhere which tells me she could be from across the US or international. With just a little time to do my homework BEFORE taking the plunge...I used a broad brush. Can anyone shed any light? I mean these names are fashion designers and I want to live to write about the experience....not taken out because I was too lazy to ask this experienced body.

Mr. Info is right on the $$$ - not that we don't want to help, but posting this on the DC board would probably get you faster and more accurate feedback.
Sounds like you want to jump before looking - don't do that... can lead to situations where you have bad experience.  Know it is tough sometimes, but you asked for help - take the advice for what it is worth.
