Newbie - FAQ
I am getting ready to stick my toes in the water. I have been on an off TER over the last year, signed up because I was intrigued about a provider that was in another city, and I have not had a chance to visit that city. In the meantime, I found someone who is as intriguing locally and want to ease into seeing my first provider with an hour long lunch or dinner meeting, 100 percent public. This would be a prelude to private time at a later date. I am perfectly willing to pay full service price to set up an initial public meeting, which may sound peculiar to some of the old pros, but I honestly think I would be be overwhelmed trying to meet the provider in private. I want to get to know her first before taking things furhter.
At any rate, is it possible for LE considerations to come into a meeting in a restaurant or other public place? Don't worry, we will be fully clothed the entire time
I would assume take the usual precautions about what is discussed in public. Am I overthinking this? Or, are there issues that I may potentially be overlooking? Ladies, what are your thoughts on such meetings? Do they make it easier for you during the next, more intimate meeting with the client
