Your profile is created for you when the first TER review is submitted by a client. With that said, it is possible that you may already have a TER profile if a TER member has already submitted a review on you. Best place for you to start is to visit the "self-Help Center" the link under the life preserver or the lsame ink below. You can start posting and asking questions here as well as on your local board. The self help center has guidelines on "provider ads" and lots of FAQ.

i have one suggestion. I went on your site and didn't see anywhere that stated what city or state you are from?

thoroughly then read at least several pages here on the newbie board.  You will find many questions tend to repeat every 6-7 days.

P.S. Yes, there should be something about where you are located on your web site.  Especially under donations re. outcall extra charges if mileage is beyond _____.
