I'm a provider with an agency that has enough reviews to access the provider board. I sent an e-mail but haven't heard anything back yet.

Does anyone know how long this could take?  I had to send the request from my personal e-mail because obviously the e-mail address in my reviews is the agency's- do you think this might be why I haven't heard back or a reasoen I could be denied access?

Sadly,  I dont... I only learned German and Arabic.

If you are a provider, have at least 3 or more TER reviews from established TER members, and would like to be part of this board, please e-mail [email protected] with your TER username and the TERID your TER reviews. Please put "Provider only board access" in the subject line. Please make this request from the same email address that is on your website or advertisements.

unfortunately, it says it must be from the same email address so I think you might not get access but I would still email ADMIN.  Good luck

I also requested access to the provider board but have not heard anyhting and it has been a few months. I emailed TER from the same website as my ads but no response yet....just crickets chirping :)

It says you have to have 3 or more TER reviews from "established" TER members, whatever "established" means...

I was able to access the provider board shortly after my third review.  I am not sure what the problem could be, but it seems to me it was only a few days after the reviews went up that I discovered I had automatic access to the provider board.
