I seldom need more.

Hey everyone, I have a general question on identity.  When booking using this site and booking appointments with providers and such, are most people using alternate identities?  Or fake names?  Or do you guys give out real info?  I'm just trying to protect myself.  I assume if the provider requires to see your driver's license, you probably can't go the fake route.  What do you all recommend?

Open a P411 or Date-Check account and get verified. Provide that info when seeing providers. Initially, you can start with newbie friendly providers. Providers who will see you as long as you are on P411 or Date-Check, even though you dont have any nods. Provided everything goes right, you can ask them to give you a NOD on the site.  Once you have enough of these, that would help you to hobby without giving any kind of identity. If the girl insists, share what you are comfortable sharing. There is no hard and fast rule. Some guys share, others move on.

I would stay away from giving your license, as that has your DOB and Address too.

Joining one or more  of the verification sites means you just give personal info to them and not to a number of different providers.  A lifetime membership to DC is only $125.  P411 no longer offers that, but they do run specials every so often.  P411 also allows the providers to indicate if they are newbie friendly on their profiles.

Has anyone ever had issues with P411?  Does anyone know what they say or ask for when they call your office?

must of called saying they were bank or doctor office spoke to secretary and she transferred call to me.

This is what they did for me.  They are very good at being discreet.  This is what they do for a living.

FYI, I have a separate gmail account for the hobby.  It is under a fake name.  I provide my real FIRST  name when I introduce myself/request an appointment (granted, I've only made two appointments, but there were no problems at all).  Providers know the drill.  I'd just prefer to have her say, "nice to meet you, 'real first name,' " when I show up as opposed to me reminding myself to answer to another first name.  My goal is to be thinking with the small head during the date.  I don't want to have to worry about keeping my name straight.  LOL
