They use anonymous 3rd party phone apps to make calls and receive text messages. Secondly there are a lot of escort websites that steal providers photos and information, so photo reverse would do you no good. Third, websites that host those "stings that are associated with providers phone numbers" are fake. They are not real, and should be ignored.
You want to know if a lady is real? Well stay on TER. They offer reviews, and hobbyist are pretty good about ranting about a bad lady, one who provides bad service or is running a scam. Also, if there is a lady you are interested in, visit her website and see if she has a twitter account or Instagram account, sometimes that also helps in making sure a provider is "real". There is no need for most of those things, your being too paranoid, if she has several reviews from well established guys and she is on P411 that's all I need and I've never had a problem.
