In a situation where HE and extras are strongly suspected but not 100% sure, are things that customers can do (once money transaction has been completed) that signals to poviders that we are not LE?  Basically certain verbal or non-verbal signals that LE would not be allowed to do and would reassure providers?

when ever they want, to whom ever they want.  And it's their word against ours, yours, hers....et cetera.  

There is no guarantees when it comes to L E.  

And I've read news reports where performing an L E check got an additional charge of assaulting an officer for each person that got stung.  They will twist anything into whatever they want it to be.

By and large..the opinion I've seen on these boards is that by the time you are in the same room together, it's way too late to decide LE vs. not-LE. If one of you is...the other is already toast.  So, best to do your homework before you arrive.

Having said that, questions:

How did you find out about this provider?
Is she in a Massage Parlor (mp)?
Is she an independent?
Does she have a site?  Reviews on TER?  How many?
Did she screen you?  


In general, MPs are a bit riskier in my opinion.  When you hear of a bust going down, it's usually a group/agency or an MP sting.

Should be to make sure that she is not LE.

Go nude (remove underwear).  Let the drape move if there is one.  Spread your legs more to give her access.  Touch her with your arm or leg.  Flirt.  Smile.  Make approving noises if you like what she's doing.    
There is nothing that can prove you are not LE.  She has to take that chance.  At some point, she'll have to offer you extras & you'll have to tip for them might be verbal or hand signals.

Is to look directly at her and smile a big smile.

Seems to work for me, anyways.

That doesn't rule out that she isn't LE, but if the place is well-reviewed, then you have reasonably good assurance you are doing okay.

By all means...  no point in going to a Massage place that you don't expect to be Fbsm, if that what you want.  Some places / gals are cautious the first visit but at least you'll get something offered.  I've found subsequently, more is sometimes available.
