I think that would constitute an ad....

So you can only do it on local boards, max once in every 7 days.

You can link to your site (Be sure it has the TER logo.), and that can have your email.

Go to any one of the regional boards and look for....

Message Board Policies and that has all the rules for just about everything including the Ad Posting Guidelines.
