My wife and I are driving around the west coast in a couple of weeks as our vaction. One of our stops is in Vegas, and we've found someone we like at VegasEscortService.com.

She emailed back and wants to talk further, but ---

I think you know what I'm getting at.

Is Vegas even legal or is it just Reno? Is Vegas really a place to watch out for LE? just thought I'd ask.

Really should post this on the Vegas Board, you will get a better and more informed response. However, it is NOT legal in Clark County, where Vegas is located. Las Vegas is full to over flowing with Escort/Stripper Agencies and most of them are complete rip-offs. It will either be a bait and switch, in other words not the right girl comes to the room or she will be the picture girl but have some astronomical figure to do anything but come to the room. This site is definitely an agency.

If you are interested in playing as a couple in Vegas, go to the Regional Boards and choose Vegas. Make a post saying what you are looking for and see what kind of replies you receive. Stick to the independent ladies, not the agencies. Check out the reviews of each lady, Vegas ladies get well reviewed.

If you have any questions on the Vegas Board, just post them. I am the Moderator on that board and will be glad to help.

Actually, it's not legal in the City of Reno or the rest of Washoe County (I may have misspelled that).  And it's not legal in the City of Las Vegas or the rest of Clark County. But it is legal in most other Nevada counties.

bait and switches.  It is hit and miss whether the lady showed up are attractive or not.  Even for those who are good looking, quite often, there are lots of upsellings involved.

Prostitution is illegal in Nevada counties with a population over 200,000. The only two counties exceeding this are Clark and Washoe. This was enacted in 1971; the casino owners wanted this fearing men would spend all their money in the brothels, leaving little to drop on the tables or in the slots. The regulation of prostitution is left to the counties rather than the state. Most counties prohibit brothels from being on major commercial highways. This is why they are tucked out of the way. Out of sight out of mind. One humorous antecdote tells of a town which prohibited brothels within 400ft of a school. One such establishment was found in violation. The city fathers, being pragmatic, realizing the economic impact of the brothel on the town, rather than close the brothel, simply moved the school!

If the population of southern NV keeps growing like it has been, adjacent Nye county may some day be in danger of the 200,000 rule.

If you are going to be in NV where it is legal, why bother with an escort?? I paid a visit to the Bunny Ranch last year and found it a good experience. The fact it was legal takes a huge load (pardon the pun) off one's shoulders. The Chicken Ranch and Sherri's are but an hour's drive or less from the Strip. Why risk it with some escort? The girls are safe and legal at the ranches.  You can browse at www.nvbrothels.net where many photos and reviews are posted.

I approved the initial post because of the legal/LE question raised. Now it's turning into a Vegas thread. Please continue this discussion (if you wish) on the Las Vegas Discussion Board.

Thanks for understanding.

Thanks for pointing out the impropriety of my post.  This board is definitely not the place to give such specific answer.

Take care,

an experienced poster in TER boards and should be keenly aware of the proper venue for that sort of response.
