Can I ask for a reference on an agency here? I am looking to see legitimacy of the agency I am interested in.

but I think it will be more efficient to do so on your local board, where that agency's other clients may be found.

I might also behoove you to have VIP status so that people who might want to give you a frank response can do so privately and not reveal themselves.

Go to the REVIEWS tab (top row of tabs: My TER | Reviews | ... ). Then choose the third tab, "More Searches" dropdown.  Then click "Search Agencies." Select criteria and see if the agency shows up on the list (not all do).

Click to see their recent reviews. If none, ask on your local board. If many, read the reviews!

If Agency search is a VIP privilege (I don't know, is it?), the above is just another reason to get VIP!
