Why do most providers travel all over? Is that normal?
because

I reside in Las Vegas, and I've never toured.  Because I truly am a "low volume" provider (no more than one rendezvous a day, and usually a week) and I like to keep my rates competitive ($350/1 hour) for the saturated market in Vegas, my tour costs would be much higher than my income.

Some providers travel, and some don't. Of the ones that do travel, some travel "all over" and some travel to just a few select places.

Is it normal? Of course it is. Providers are people. Many people travel. Didn't you say in an earlier thread that you and your wife travel a lot?

Why they travel? Numerous reasons. Some providers have other jobs, and they may be traveling for their job, and they throw up an ad and get some dates while they are in another town. Then there's all the following reasons:
Change of scenery
Change of pace
Get away from home base for a while
Get away from the cold
Generate more money
Meet more clients
Vacation
See the world
Different experiences
And more...

Of course that is a bit skewed since half the gals I see are traveling gals.

Overall, I'd say it would be more like a quarter of full time escorts travel for at least part of the year, and some only travel to the extent that they'll travel a day by car rather than fly somewhere and make a real event of it.

The reason should be obvious, the bigger the territory the more business you can do.  Some people enjoy  travel as well

ut I certainly travel. People, life and culture differ from place to place. I love to see and experience all the differences that living has to offer. Especially in regard to meeting clients and making connections. I love the bigger cities and quaint/quirky smaller towns. They each breed unique characters and amazing -area specific- food. Let's not forget food.

Though I'm looking to expand my travels, right now I have just a few states/areas that I visit regularly. Of course, if a gentleman wants to bring me to see him anywhere in the states or abroad, I am totally game!

I love Atlanta which is my home base, but we also have times that business tends to be pretty slow. Traveling can help make up for that. Also, as Ginger stated in her reply, it's really kind of nice to be able to turn it into a "multipurpose trip" especially if you have friends or family in other areas or things you want to see. You can do it without really having to take time off.

Are you serious about Korean BBQ? North Buford Hwy has TONS of good Korean places, and there are even a couple inside the perimeter as well.

I can think of a lot of things Atlanta is missing, but Korean food is not one of them.

and we ate mainly Korean food when we were together. Buford Hwy has some great Korean places mainly just outside of the perimeter and quite a few really good Chinese and Vietnamese places inside the perimeter.

So "C'mon girl" go get you some gook food, it does the body good. lol

Just remember when having Korean food with a date, if one person eats something, both people need to eat it. Kimchi breath is much more tolerable when both people have it, otherwise forget about any DFK's afterwards. lol

Even after deducting the cost of airfare and hotels, I usually have a very good week when I travel to Chicago and DC.  I've also done well in NYC, LA, Philadelphia, and Minneapolis, though it's not as reliable as Chicago and DC.

Maybe you should try it.

Plus, it's fun!

I get an urge to go on a trip sometimes, and now I can afford to do it!

The important thing is to know where to advertise.  Different areas rely on different sites.

At least not to the degree that both Chinese and Thai food are Americanized, and I don't think ANYONE believes that "Japanese Steakhouses" are even remotely Japanese. lol I am sure there are some fusion restaurants that serve "fake" Korean food, but if you go out for Chinese food with Chinese people you will always hear them refer to "Chinese" Chinese food, or "American" Chinese food, the same goes for Thai food, but where it comes to Korean food, I have been around a LOT of Korean people and have never heard any of them talk about "American" Korean food.

Yes, Korean food is fantastic and there is a lot more to Korean food than just BBQ. I had the privilege of dating a Korean girl for quite some time in Atlanta, and not surprisingly she lived only a couple of miles from Buford Hwy. and yes, she was a hooker. (duh) I think I remember the food we ate more fondly than her. lo
