I reviewed a provider for the first time this morning and

while I realize it may take 72 hrs for the review to be accepted, when I checked the status just now, it read "unapproved" underneath it as well as the date said 4/11/15 though today is 4/13/15. What does this mean?

Just recently had the same thing happen. Guessing the date is when you submitted but it should also tell you why it was. As As an example  instead of suing she gave a great blowjob say what made it different and better.
You should be able to add and resubmit. It two days for my to get rejected and the rewrite posted almost as soon as sent

Thank you for the response and advice. I took a look and you're right...apparently there was a section that I missed answering though I submitted the review this morning so I don't know what the date is about. Either way, I've resubmitted it and will wait to see what happens...

be able to see why it was rejected.  If not, contact admin and ask them.  I would also guess that 4/11 was the day you submitted the review.
