Would you find it odd if you set up a date on p411 with 0 ok's or references. Only employment verified. And all they requested from.you was your number and location?

Because the provider assumes (correctly, I'm sure) that P411 has verified your personal info.  That's what P411 is for, after all.  Check the provider's P411 page and see if it says "Newbie Friendly." That means she'll see guys who are P411 verified but have no OKs yet.
