I want to learn more about this board and feel that I have excellent reviews at this point so where do I advertise my schedule and how to I get my name out there so I meet more ter members?
Thanks

as this board is for people who are setting up meetings of hobbyists and providers which are called:  Meet and Greets.

But I'll try to help you a bit since you asked.

The short answer is:  Your Regional Board.  You'll find them listed at left below the other boards on TER.

You can also participate on any of the TER  boards (except the Reviewers Only Board, of course) and thereby get your name in front of a lot of hobbyists and show them your mettle.  I meet a lot of gals that way.  To get on the Providers Only Board, you must have three reviews on TER, if I'm not mistaken.

As far as advertising which is telling people where and when you are working, that can only be done on a regional board where you are or are going to be shortly, and then only one such post can be made within a seven day period per board.  This goes for posting photos also.

Do you have reviews already on TER?  If so, there is a way to have these linked to your post every time you post.  You may also link to your website or advertising site whenever you post on any board.  The only proviso there is that a TER logo must appear on your site on the first or second page of the site.

I believe all of this is covered in the information given in the site called the Newbie Manual, or Self Help Manual that you will find links for on the Newbie Board and General Discussion Boards, repectively.  Look for the links just above the Boards' names.

I think that about covers it.

Thanks mrfisher!! I got alot out of that, you explained it in a way that was easier for me to understand than the manual, when i read that my eyes glaze over!! Hope you are well my friend, hugs, Belle.

The regional boards on the left are the best place to post your schedule. If you look at the New York board you will see many posts doing that.

Welcome! I'm fairly new myself, and figure all this stuff out too. Made a few mistakes in the beginning, but worked it out. Definately post on your regional board to get yourself out there. Putting up a post thats an advertisement for yourself can only be done every seven days, as someone else mentioned. Read the newbie manual thoroughly!! And then read it again. lol If you already have reviews here, you can email admin to "register as a provider", and then when you post an ad, or participate in discussions on the boards, a link to your reviews will show up next your name. Makes it a lot easier for guys to find them, and check you out. Make sure you have a website, (theres some free sites with already made templates) and then follow steps to have the TER logo posted on it. You can find all of this info through the newbie manual, and dont be afraid to post questions to the community on the "newbie board". Theres plenty of nice folks here willing to give you advise. Hope this helps!

you will "get your name out there" so hobbyists get to know you through the boards.  In the past 6 years I have seen several dozen ladies from all over the US that I first met through TER discussion boards.

I definately notice those I've seen on the boards & it has led to one delightful meeting so far.  Hopefully more to come.
