Do  providers have a rating system to show the performance of clients
so other providers can recommend?

There are Black Lists and Do Not See Lists which flag dangerous or rip off clients, also lists that give detail lesser evils like those that cancel without notice or little notice.

Then there is the TER White List which tells gals that a guy is OK by a certain gal.

I'm sure gals also share stories of guys who may have certain foibles, but that doesn't necessarily mean a gal won't see a guy on account of that.

I am not interested on your performance, I am interested on knowing that you are pleasant, safe and fun to be with and obviously a total gentleman.. The performance is measured by you...Every guy performs according to the situation.. If you are really comfortable, you may perform better versus not having chemistry with the gal, so the rating system will not be objective..

If by performance you mean did he show up on time, was he clean and respectful, did he leave when he was supposed and was the envelope right well,  that is what references are for.
