With the limited list of cities... does one need to go to DC?  Is there anything local?

Cumberland, MD?!?  A couple of weeks ago it was La Vale, MD.

Sorry, but this board is not the place to ask for local recommendations, that belongs on the regional boards.  But here are a couple of tips:

1)  I think you already know this, but search reviews by area code, or town name in the location field.

2)  The guys in DC are probably in the best position to help you, ask your question there, but you have to give them a hand.  There are many reliable, local sources of info that can't be posted on TER's boards.  Are you a VIP?  Can you receive PM's?  If not, you may want to include a safe email address for people to contact you in your post.
