I absolutely know the newbie feeling of just having to see the captivating, mesmerizing girl in the ad. Been there, AVOIDED that with advice from my TER mentors. BTW, I sometimes still get that feeling from a great ad, but now I do the thinking with my own big head.
The NUMBER ONE flag from your post is "does not have TER reviews." = "stay away."
I usually limit my TER searches to Picture Real / Accurate = Yes / Yes. Without that authentication, you're likely to end up with a BP bait and switch No / No.

She posts an ad on BP every day, has a P411 account she hasn't logged on to since July, does not have TER reviews, has pages on a couple regional sites that direct you to AFF but I can't find her on AFF.
And googling her phone# doesn't help, but at least it doesn't pop on escort busts...

No, I would NOT meet her.
Why are you fishing in the BP pond when you can peruse the TER Local Ad boards or just look at the most recent 1 or 2 pages of "Recent Reviews" for your region (LI? NY?)? If you are VIP, you can limit the review search to narrow things down to increase the chances of catching a fish you want rather than one you wish you'd never hooked up with in the first place.
