if it's the first review that you have written and it's the provider's first review, TER often holds them until the provider gets someone else to write a review of her.  I have no complaints of this policy, except they are very inconsistent in it's application.  I have seen quite a lot of first-first reviews posted, clearly not following their own stated policy, so who knows.

Best advice I can give to you is to see another provider that already has some reviews and write one of her.  That may, just may, get your first one posted.

Not his first review. In this case seems if it's her first it shouldn't matter.

well, they finally posted the review, but lowered the performance from a 9 to a 8....

I had my first review held.  It was the girls first review and she was a scammer.  I misread the message and thought it said to resubmit when I had more review.  In reality it says to resubmit when she has more reviews.  So I posted 2 reviews and resubmitted, but they told me it was a duplicate and would be ignored.

It's a bummer, because I really wanted to warn people about her.

Her profile shows that she only provides one of the four services that qualify her for a rate higher than 7. That's most likely why they changed your rating for performance from 9 to 8.

changed her menu, then the profile (as I understand them from reading others' takes on them) wouldn't show it because a profile is practically set in stone from the first review. If the reviewer thinks performance rates a 9 (especially if it's in the details) then that's what it should be.
