I have a couple questions about getting a FBSM.  A provider I am interested in meeting has advertised a FBSM with a "pillowcase lapdance."  What is that?  One more--what does "switch" mean, in the context of a massage.

Can someone with more experience give me an idea of what to expect with a FBSM appointment?  The provider I'm considering doesn't do FS, which is OK with me, but I'm just not sure what this will be like.  She has excellent reviews, by the way.
