When sleeping do you guys experience lots of night erection and wear underwear?

I notice at night I get a maybe ten to fifteen random erections. As a result to prevent my penis from getting curved into the wrong direction I don't wear underwear or pants so my penis can just erect naturally without causing any intervention by underware. Do you guys do the same thing?

If you keep staying up all nigh to count your erections you are going to be too tired to have sex!

In China, they strap or tie the penis to the guy's leg to keep it straight. Is that true or did I hear that in a Jackie Chan movie??
