Anyone advancing their hobby to include full GFE? By that I mean taking them out to dinner first, movie, mini golf, other date-like activities? Are (any) providers into that?

... as part of an overnight date, and also have done an entire weekend, which started (after I picked her up at the airport) with dinner.  Both of those dates, with the same GFE provider, were the highlights of my hobbying to date.  From that experience and what I've observed over the years, many providers are definitely "into that."  

Dinner, ball games, or just drinks after/before BCD fun....

Usually, if we do a date like activity, it's something we can chat over. Like dinner, or a drink. I think movie would be nice if you know each other well enough or it's a long weekend-type thing.

BCD time is better first for obvious reasons, but if it is a long enough date, then some before and after BCD action is best.

Just do the real acrobatic stuff before and the more leisurely stuff later.

For real long overnight stuff I like to take in a movie or a play, or at least an outing to a museum or other place we are both interested in.

great.  Lots of teasing during dinner and then BCD the clothes come off when we arrive at pleasure city.

...with a delightful gentleman this morning, before returning to my place to play.  It will be a great warm up before working with my trainer later today!

After we did the deed; she told me afterwards that she took a chance and asked me to show her what is a decent spot to eat dinner. Now; I wasn't about to turn her down and accepted her offer to accompany her to dinner. After that; we parted ways that was that.

... was a great way to start my day as well. I have done several breakfast dates and highly recommend them. And of course, they naturally include social time as well as play time.

Uh huh.
