The ladies will take $20, $50 or $100.  My bank atm dispenses in $20's so that's what I normally use. However, I'll use $100's from time to time, when I have them.

For pricey visits, $50s and $100s work better than $20s.

I make the assumption most the money will go into the bank but she may need some of it on the way home or the next day.  many stores do not easily accept 100s, and a large number of 20s is often difficult to be discrete with.

If you pay her in all singles and she spends 59 minutes of an hour counting it, will she only give you 1 minute to fuck her?

If it takes her 59 minutes to count them, I really should consider seeing someone else anyway.

I usually get cash back when I deposit my paychecks, so I take a couple of thousand in cash instead of going to the ATM all the time. They give me $100s, and that works fine. Easier to count. No complaints yet.

Ever since that embarrassing token incident, I prefer to bring Benjamins and Ulysseses or whatever you call Grants.  Haven't had a problem or complaint since.  

And the ferry stopped taken tokens YEARS ago so I don't know what she's doing now.

They can more quickly count them to ensure you have the right donation.  It allows them to be more relaxed and hence treat ME right ....

I always withdraw one hundred bills from my local bank before seeing a provider.  Very easy, as the bank is very close to my office.
