There is a local establishment that offers BDSM type services, but supposedly no FS.  I don't know exactly what goes on there, because I have never been into BDSM, and I have never tried their services.  (There are a couple of reviews here on TER, but I am not VIP, so I didn't get all the info.)

But curiosity got the better of me and I called to make an appointment.  The girl I talked to on the phone said to call back 1.5 hours before the appointment to confirm, and at that time, she would give me the address.  So I called, got the address, and a little while later, I left for the location.

I got there on time.  Some of the the doors to the building were boarded up, and no one answered the phone.  So I waited a few minutes and called back.  No answer.  Waited 10 minutes, no answer.  I left after 20 minutes.

What could have happened in the hour and 30 minutes between the confirmation call and my arrival?  And why were the doors boarded up?  

Also, would I be breaking any rules by naming this establishment on my local regional board to see if others know whats up?

Or, it was part of the SM thing.    You know like the old joke  "Beat me!" .......  "No!"

However, would you have actually entered a building with some of the doors boarded up if they had answered your calls? Finally NEVER let curiosity get the better of you. There's a saying in the hobby, think with your BIG head not your little one. I'm guessing they did you a favor by not answering your calls and don't be a cheapskate, get the VIP membership.

I doubt they got busted, the building cleared out, things boarded up, and all law enforcement gone in 1.5 hours or less. I think it far more likely that you ended up at the wrong address.

When you arrived, they sized you up, and decided not to see you. I doubt cops are going to board up a building in an hour unless someone died, and you would see the damn "Crime Scene" phrase all over the place. When I see a new guy (which you appear to be) I never give him the actual address of the incall until he is literally on the street. I want to see who he is, what he is driving, etc. before I let him in, to be sure the person showing up is the same guy described by his references or any photos he might have sent. I think that is what happened to you.

Please don't assume just because there is no sex, that BDSM is legal. Depending on state, any genital touching or nakedness, can still be considered prostitution.

I once had a gal give me an address.  My GPS put me on the block.  It appeared the address I was given was between the numbers on the buildings.  When I called her back, she appeared from behind me on the opposite side of the street where she'd been watching.  A good time was had.

Another time I arrived at the call point & the gal gave me directions that took me around the block to park on the other side where she'd been able to observe me.  We had a great time.

You really should get VIP so you can read the complete reviews.  A month of VIP, can fill a bucket list!

This method is not uncommon at all.

I don't think they had enough time to get busted.  It was less than an hour and a half.  I think there were still be a Police presence.  But yes, this also ran through my mind.

If they didn't like the looks of me, that's alright, shit happens.  But I am really curious as to what set them off.  Maybe I look like LE?  I guess I could pass for a cop.

I've had it happen on rare occasion where the same # & street is in different towns, miles apart.  It was really cute turning a huge box trailer around when all that was there was a farmer's field.  In another case I was told X Road & went to X Road but the correct address was X Street, again miles apart but in the same town.  
So there are another set of possible explanations.  

When you didn't arrive, they ignored you as a time waster.
