Using all caps is shouting, considered bad manners.  To change your profile info, you have to submit a problem report and tell admin what you want to change.

I thought I'd suggest a few more things based on what I see in your post.
The advice given by "just sayin'" is correct. Another way you could try is contact administration through "contact us" and tell them about your new phone/e-mail info.

I suggest you contact administration and ask them to link your board name "PRINCESSDESTINY" to your reviews. Then whenever you post on a board there will be a link under your name so guys can go check your reviews and other info. This will also give you limited VIP so you can use the PM system and can read your own reviews.

Lastly, posting in all capital letters is considered "shouting" and is "rude" when posting. It would be a good idea if you only used capital letters according to the rules of grammar when you write a post.

Lastly, you might want to write with complete sentences.

Got a PM from admin overnight.  They asked me to host this board, which I said I would do.  Don't know exactly what they expect me to do, so I asked what my duties were.  Have yet to hear back.

Princess, the other guys have told you how to fix your profile with the problem report form.  That's the only way any profile can be changed.  Just send it in with your new email and phone and ask them to change it on your profile.  My apologies for not including that in my first post.
