Also, you will remember and have regulars.
It's best to delete and not store.
But that's just me.

It's best not to store much...  some just use a name & phone number so you know you've screened them before.

Saving a bunch of info is definately not safe for yourself or your clients. My regulars are in my phone, just something that I personally do, not everyone would do the same, but I dont save emails/addresses. I routinely clear out my sent messages/trash/draft folder. The more experience you get, you'll start to get a knack for recognizing numbers, voices, names. Trust me. I'll have someone email that I met once, 6 months before, but I'll recognize their email address and that I've met them. You'll get to that point too, believe me!

I always try to give the Lady some info about me that is unusual and unique.  I then use/repeat that info everytime I introduce myself.

I don't expect them to remember my name or voice.
But the pretending is always nice!
