Some of pictures posted to the forums appear to be hosted at photobucket.com.

I haven't read their terms of service, what is allowed or not allowed or anything else.

What site can I go to turn a regular jpeg unto a url to post on here?

I tried one board but the company keeps taking them off. Grr

but cityvibe has free image hosting. I use it all the time. You can use your domain to host, too.
