I think my problem is a combination of nerves and not knowing what to do after popping. With my last provider we just had pillow talk for an hour till I got hard again. She was stroking me the whole time, but I don't know why it took so long to get hard.

I am quite new to sex, so wondering what are good activities to get recharged between pops?

Good exercise and diet are essential to being able to perform, so get with the program and exercise each day and eat a diet high in low fat and nutricious foods such as fruits and vegetables.

Bananas are an excellent food to stay in shape.

Proper hydration is also essential.  Be sure to drink at least a quart of water each day.

Beyond that, I've had many tantrikas and K gals extoll the virtues of ginseng, so I have some ginseng tea every day along with goji berries which really charge up the reproductive system.

In the few years that I have stuck to this regimen, I've been able to get back to two pops an hour from being down to one pops per hour, which ain't shabby for a 58 year old.

Of course I'll never be like a two in ten minute teen again, but still you have to accept that your body is a tool, and the better you care for it the better it will work for you.

Also, don't do any masturbation, or at least don't ejaculate for several days prior to a date.

Other factor is age.  A guy in his 30's or 40's will re-charge faster than a guy in his late 50's--everything else being equal.

...you should see a Doctor first to make sure you're a good candidate for the drug.  It is not for everyone, and can be deadly for some men, like those on nitrates (I believe).

I have no problem getting wood for round 1.  But getting that second cup inside an hour, now that I'm on the wrong side of 40, is a challenge.  So I've tried it out, and it worked--definitely cutting my refractory period in half, from about 60 minutes to 30 minutes.  Thus allowing for a second cup.

So far I've not experienced that frustration.  I mean, it usually takes longer to blow your load a second time regardless, but using Vitamin V did not make it take even longer.
