I am new to the hobby, see my previous post below. I am wondering though, if you establish a good relationship with a provider over time, how many people have sessions at their private residence. I ask mainly because I live in Center City, and work from home. Just thinking convenience, and well...fun at home.

I will never do it with a brand new provider. I always reserve a hotel room for initial meet ups. Both parties are comfortable that way. Also, I used to find it easier and more discreet to do when I lived in an apartment. But after I bought house, couple of years ago, I haven't done it since then. I have some nosy neighbors. So that's something you need to consider also... Fortunately, my age is a plus factor. So a twenty some year old coming and going out won't raise much eyebrows. Also I am single.. So, as you can see...There are lot of factors to consider...
I've done outcall to my home only a few times, BUT only after numerous sessions with the provider.

Unless you go dumpster diving or kerb krawling, it's all good. I prefer outcalls so I don't have to keep my room clean. That being said, on average, we run 30 minutes late. The fellas sorta did a survey/post last year about our tardiness. It's true. Plan accordingly.
I know a lot of gals well, I'm single, and I love to entertain at home.
You should get to know her well, not only for the safety of your home, but to see that you are compatible for an overnight (assuming that is the goal).
Definitely have a good Relationship with your Provider. With my current Provider I went to her place for our first Session. Then after a few Awesome Sessions I asked her if it was ok to go to my Place. She agreed with no hesitation. She was a bit Nervous, so I reassured her everything was Cool. It was going to be just us and nobody else. If things are Great between you and your Provider, going to your place should not be a problem. Remember to always be polite and courteous to her and Respect her Limits.

In fact, usually once I know them, and they have become semi regular, I will waive the O/C fee... if I got to their home and they live not terribly far away..
I would not do it until I had seen the provider several times and had built up trust on both sides of the fence. However, as others have mentioned, there are several things to watch out for. IMHO, nosy neighbors would be number one on the list, esp if you live in a subdivision. Client's age is another factor, older guy having a 20-something hottie knocking on the door might cause problems. Having her park in the garage is a good solution. In fact, one provider that I see does incall at her home and usually has the clients park in her garage.
I learned the hard way about how crazy some people can be when they either fall in love with you, or they have an ATF who does not like you and wishes you harm. I don't shit where I eat, nor should the guys. You think it's all good because you're single, but what if you run into a crazy provider who decides to blackmail you at work? She has your home address, can describe the inside of your house, her car was parked in your driveway meaning if you are the nut job you can easily out her too, etc.
Some people really don't think about what could happen until it's too late. Also, there are so many things in a personal home that would not be in an incall. Guns, cameras, recorders, etc. No thanks. Fkin a guy in his wife's bed is not something I would ever risk doing.
