As the hobbyist it is your responsibility to set the pace. We just try to keep up. God forbide while we are conversing we start into BCD and get a review that states that you felt as though we rushed you. So we let the gent take all the time as much or little as he needs. I advise while she is talking leaning over and giving her a passionate kiss. That would be a great subtle single.
OK, so there you are sitting next to the provider, chatting it up and having a nice time before the main event. You've booked a 2 hour appointment so you're not too concerned about time at first, but then you realized almost an hour has gone by and you are still dressed.
I realize that I'm paying for time first and foremost, but I've been with a few providers now who talk A LOT, to the point where the part of the session that I'm really there for is winnowed down tremendously.
I've been reading some reviews lately from other hobbyists who say in their reviews that when they enter the room they pretty much get right to it.
I really enjoy having some chat time with a provider before we get to it. I think it really helps set the mood. But, how much talk is too much?
I will sit there and listen politely and engage in conversation if the provider is making it, but if it is cutting down on my "fun" time, shouldn't I be given a little extra time at the end when the bell rings? I certainly don't want to be rude, and I'm not the type of person who just wants to rip clothes off and have at it.
What's the protocol here? Am I being too passive and/or respectful? Would providers just rather get at the main event as well instead of engaging in some conversation? Educate me.

I've had the same issue a couple of times, and have found that if you get the action going, she will follow, gently, of course. Some ladies are simply not aggressive, and would prefer that the first moves come from you. When it's time, just start by getting a little closer, stroking a leg, a nice gentle kiss. She'll take the hint.
Most gentlemen do not go into a meeting in the same way and some are very nervous making the first move and the provider feels the same. Always remember that once you stripped down to your birthday suit the provider most likely will feel safe doing the same. In a 1 hour meeting if you have done nothing for 15 minutes but talk that means you only have 45 minutes to enjoy the main event.
My theory is get the main event started right away and then there is no time to feel uncomfortable. A nice passionate kiss will set the mood for the perfect rendevous and keep it moving. I know some ladies don't kiss which makes it hard to get into the flow but next time try it. Someone has to make a move and it mine as well be you if you want your 60 or 120 minutes to count. Use your conversation for intermission but remember you are on a time schedule so keep track. If you are looking for that extra pop it is in that time period.
