first reviews of new providers, TER probably held them up until the providers got another review. There does not seem to be any formula for that, but that's all I can think of. Be patient, you should get your VIP soon.
Once they are both approved you will get the days. Click on My TER at the top left of the page. Then click on my reviews (top left). Your two submitted reviews should be listed there. Look to the far right. If it still says new they have not been approved yet. If it says Approved, then you should be VIP. If it says something else you'll need to us "contact us" to see what is going on.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
