Secondly, I believe that the link needs to be one of the TER approved banners and not just a link to your reviews. The reviews link could go anywhere.

Your links page still has some broken code referring to a TER banner, and you already have a TER banner (which successfully links back to TER) on your landing page and your links page. This is strictly a housekeeping thing.
I also see you have a working link to your TER reviews, which is good. However, IMO, it is hidden on your links page. You might want to give it a more prominent place on your services page (which would make sense) or your photo gallery (which is where the guys go first).
