This does present a bit of a mechanical problem, but it is not insurmountable.
It means that you need to be either on top or aside of the person doing the HJ, otherwise it would seem that some of your semen could land on your stomach.
Standing is another option, but I'm not sure you'd be into that.
Wearing a condom during the HJ is also an option, but again, that does not seem to be that interesting.
You could lie on your back until the moment you are about to come, and then flip over on top of her and finish that way.
Another idea is to put a towel over your stomach so that the semen lands on that.
This is something that calls for some experimentation.
