If I recall correctly, the admins want the logo on the providers site linking back to the providers ter profile, or the ter portal. What she is using has the option to enter in text at the RichFormat level, and then to enter in text at the html level.
If she does it, she will have learned something new! And in my opinion, learning is awesome.

that's a simpler way than to copy HTML code into a Web host that uses templates like yours
It takes you to an area where you need to enter in the url address that you want as the destination, a brief description of what the link leads to, and a url address for a picture/banner.
